Return Policy
Returns
You may return your purchased products from www.sniffandco.store within 14 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned intact, unused, with all original tags and packaging. We do not accept items that have been used and are not defective.
Please send us an email at helpsniffandco@gmail.com to arrange the return of your order. Our customer service department will guide you on how to proceed. Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will refund the amount of the returned order.
In the event that the customer wishes to make an exchange or return, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or custom items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items, gift cards or DISCOUNTS.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Lost / Stolen Items
Sniff&Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the respective shipping carrier using the information provided on the tracking page.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
