We want you to love your purchase. This policy applies to orders shipped to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the UK. It does not limit your statutory rights (see local rights below).
1. Easy Returns

Window: 30 days from delivery.

Condition: Unused or gently tried, clean, in resellable condition with all parts and packaging.

Non-returnable: Gift cards, final-sale items (if clearly marked), items with heavy wear/damage, or hygiene-sensitive goods that have been used.

We’ll issue an RMA and return address;

Ship back within 14 days of RMA using a trackable service.

Costs: Original shipping is non-refundable unless we caused the issue. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty/incorrect.

Refunds: To the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt/inspection. We may deduct missing/damaged items or excess wear.
2. Exchanges
If you need a different variant, return for a refund and place a new order, or ask our team to assist with a direct exchange where stock allows.
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund promptly. Keep packaging in case a carrier claim is required.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel/change, contact us immediately; we can’t guarantee changes after dispatch.
5. Local Consumer Rights (Summary)

UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015 & Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): You have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases from the day after delivery and 14 more days to return. Faulty items can be rejected within 30 days or repaired/replaced.

Australia (ACL): You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired/replaced for minor failures. Our 30-day policy sits alongside these guarantees.

New Zealand (CGA/FTA): You are entitled to remedies where goods are not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose.

Canada: Provincial laws (and Québec’s Consumer Protection Act) provide statutory warranties and cancellation rights in specific cases.

USA: State consumer laws apply; nothing here limits non-waivable rights.
