1. Scope

These Terms govern your access to and use of sniffandco.store and the purchase of products (the “Products”). By ordering you confirm you are 18+ and legally capable of entering a contract.

2. Key Definitions

“Customer”, “you” = the purchaser/visitor. “Working day” = Monday–Friday excluding public holidays in our dispatch country. “Territories” = USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, UK.

3. Ordering & Contract

  • Your order is an offer; a contract forms when we send an order-confirmation email.

  • We may refuse/cancel for error, suspected fraud, stock issues, or regulatory reasons (any charge pre-authorisation will be released).

  • Check your order carefully; you’re responsible for accurate delivery details.

4. Prices, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are shown in $ but at the checkout It will automatically change to your local currency, and include tax as indicated at checkout.

  • USA/Canada/NZ/AU/UK: Import duties/fees may apply depending on your ship-to location and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

  • We may correct pricing errors; if you’ve paid more/less than the correct price we’ll offer a refund or a chance to reconfirm.

5. Payment

We accept the methods shown at checkout. By paying you authorise your card/wallet to be charged for the order total, including shipping, taxes and duties where applicable.

6. Shipping & Risk

  • Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are guides, not guarantees.

  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided (signature, safe-drop or carrier scan may constitute delivery). Title passes on full payment.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or uncollected duties, we can refund the product price less shipping and any return fees (unless this happened because of our error).

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms (see “Return Policy” below). Mandatory consumer rights in your country apply in addition to our policy.

8. Product Information & Use

  • Colours and materials may vary slightly due to displays or manufacturing tolerances.

  • Use Products only as directed and keep packaging/warnings. You are responsible for compatibility with your pet/vehicle and for safe use.

9. Warranties & Consumer Rights

  • We provide Products “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • UK: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

  • Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • New Zealand: Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply.

  • Canada: Provincial consumer protection laws (including Québec’s Consumer Protection Act, where applicable) apply.

  • USA: State consumer laws may grant additional rights. Nothing here limits non-excludable rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or data; (c) amounts exceeding the order price. This does not limit liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Events Beyond Our Control

We aren’t responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). We’ll try to minimise impact.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

13. Prohibited Conduct

No misuse of the Site (hacking, scraping, malware, abusive content). We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

  • If you reside in the UK, these Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and you can bring claims in the UK courts.

  • If you reside in Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the USA, the law and courts of your province/state/country apply, and any mandatory consumer protections remain in force.

  • Alternatively, where permitted, we may agree to resolve disputes via friendly negotiation or mediation/arbitration.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new date. Changes won’t affect orders already accepted.
