Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the day after the order has been processed. After 8 hours from placing your order, it will no longer be possible to cancel it, and for returns, you will need to wait until you receive it.

If you need to change the delivery information, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, no changes can be made.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. After processing, delivery will take 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that the shipping company does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If your order is processed on a Friday after 12:00 AM, it is very likely that it will not be shipped until the following Monday.
